Warranty Policy
TOV GAEL receives and manages customer warranty claims. Newsmy.shop products include a 24-month seller warranty.

Seller responsibility
The customer contacts TOV GAEL. Internal work with NEWSMY, a manufacturer or service partner does not force the customer to deal only with a foreign manufacturer.
Warranty term
The warranty term is 24 months. TOV GAEL receives and manages claims as the seller.
Submitting a claim
Provide order number, product, description, contact and serial number where available. Photo/video can help remote diagnosis but is not an absolute condition.
Case workflow
A case ID tracks intake, triage, remote diagnosis, inspection, decision, repair, replacement, refund or reasoned rejection and closure.
Coverage boundaries
Proven misuse, post-transfer damage, intervention, incorrect connection/storage or wear may be assessed individually; no automatic refusal applies.
Current procedure
Applicable requirements of Cabinet Resolution No. 1251 dated 28 November 2023 are used. The obsolete No. 506 procedure is not treated as current.
