1. Seller and scope

The seller is TOV GAEL, EDRPOU 46222701, at 20 Beresteiskyi Avenue, Apartment 135, Kyiv 01135, Ukraine. Support: +380 93 526 10 22 and info@newsmy.shop.

Newsmy.shop provides NEWSMY and NECESPOW product information and supports an electronic sale contract with TOV GAEL. The seller’s supplier relationship does not replace its consumer obligations.

2. Product, price and order

The product page and order summary state the model, key characteristics, availability and final UAH price, including mandatory charges the seller must include by law.

The customer selects items, quantity and delivery and supplies accurate recipient data. Before providing payment details, the seller checks current availability, price, and whether the request can be fulfilled.

3. Contract and payment

The customer separately accepts the mandatory terms and submits an order request. Submission is not payment or confirmation of availability; the seller communicates the result and provides payment details only after confirmation.

Payment is a customer-initiated UAH bank transfer to TOV GAEL's current account using the full IBAN details. The order remains awaiting payment until funds are actually credited and an authorised operator confirms the match.

4. Delivery and receipt

Door delivery is included where explicitly shown for the chosen product and delivery method. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 days. Current timing is confirmed after availability and order details are checked.

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination region, carrier operations, logistics routes, the security situation and other circumstances in Ukraine that objectively affect delivery. In case of a material delay, TOV GAEL will notify the Customer using the contact details on file.

The customer should inspect visible condition, quantity and completeness on receipt where possible and record visible transit damage with the carrier. This does not waive rights for latent defects.

5. Returns, defects and warranty

Distance withdrawal, exchange of conforming goods, defect remedies, transit damage and warranty claims follow distinct legal paths described in the relevant policies.

Opening packaging is not an automatic waiver. TOV GAEL receives and manages consumer warranty claims; the customer is not redirected exclusively to a foreign manufacturer.

6. Data, claims and law

Personal data is processed for contracting, payment, delivery, support, returns, warranty, security and mandatory records under the Privacy Policy. Optional marketing requires separate consent.

Claims go to TOV GAEL through a published support channel. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or access to Ukrainian courts and competent authorities.
