Return & Exchange Policy

A. Distance-contract withdrawal

Any applicable withdrawal is assessed under Article 13 of current Law No. 1023-XII, including timing, information delivery and lawful exceptions.

• order number and receipt date
• SKU, serial number and requested remedy
• condition, completeness and available evidence

B. Conforming goods

Exchange or return is assessed under Article 9 of Law No. 1023-XII. Opening packaging alone is not an automatic refusal.

The current Resolution No. 172 list does not separately identify portable power stations or solar panels; no electronics/battery exclusion is invented.

C. Defect or non-conformity

Defect remedies are handled separately. The seller receives the claim and arranges the assessment and remedy required by law.

D–E. Transit damage or missing contents

Visible issues should preferably be recorded with the carrier and reported promptly. Missing photo evidence is not an automatic refusal where facts can be established otherwise.

F–G. Customer-caused damage and warranty

Proven misuse, intervention, post-transfer damage, incorrect connection/storage or wear may be considered. There is no automatic rejection.

RMA and refunds

The case links the order, SKU, evidence, decision and shipment. Returns are coordinated through TOV GAEL at the registered address shown on the site after the customer receives a case reference and shipping instructions.

The refund method and fiscal treatment depend on the legal basis and original payment method. TOV GAEL processes the refund and required settlement documents under applicable law and its accounting procedure.
