Delivery & Payment Policy

Before payment

After receiving the request, the seller checks the product, current availability, UAH price, and whether the order can be fulfilled. Payment details remain hidden until confirmation.

IBAN bank transfer

The customer independently transfers funds to TOV GAEL's current account using the full IBAN and order-linked purpose. Only an authorised operator may confirm actual credited funds.

Fiscal receipt

The narrow rule for a customer-initiated transfer to the seller's current account using a full IBAN does not automatically cover LiqPay, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, or card-detail payments. RRO/PRRO must be reassessed before enabling any such method.

Door delivery

Door delivery is included in the displayed price. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 days; current timing is confirmed after availability and order details are checked.

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination region, carrier operations, logistics routes, the security situation and other circumstances in Ukraine that objectively affect delivery. In case of a material delay, TOV GAEL will notify the Customer using the contact details on file.

Tracking and delays

Tracking follows dispatch. If fulfilment becomes unavailable or delayed, the seller informs the customer and provides the lawful remedy, including refund where due.
