Data
Processing may cover names, phone, optional email, structured address/delivery data; orders; payment status/reference; support, return and warranty records; security events, consent versions and non-PII attribution.
Purposes
Contracting, payment, delivery, support, warranty, returns, security and mandatory records. Analytics/advertising only when actually connected and permitted.
Recipients
Minimum necessary data may go to Vercel, Railway, the buyer's/seller's banks, the carrier, NEWSMY/fulfilment partner and lawful authorities. LiqPay is retained only for a future sandbox/technical path and is not the current public payment method.
Minimisation and security
Checkout does not collect birth date, passport or tax ID. PII is excluded from URLs/analytics, logs redact contact/address fields and admin access is role-restricted.
Retention
Retention follows contract, accounting/tax, warranty, claim and legal-defence needs. Counsel/accounting must approve exact periods.
Individual rights
Individuals may request information, access and correction, object, seek deletion of unlawfully processed data, and complain to the Ombudsman or a court under Law No. 2297-VI.
International processing
International cloud/payment infrastructure may cause cross-border processing; legal grounds and safeguards require final review.
